juxtaposition is a company that specialises in country cycles. Countries also respond to these natural cycles and have their own rhythms. A knowledge of these can be beneficial for any company looking to operate in a specific country.
The development stage of a country is essential knowledge for any leader.
The United States
Currently the US is in a major process concerning financial issues. Read about it in the Libra 2010 E-zine.
Update 2011
The US is in for much upheaval in 2011 if what has happened so far is indicative of how issues have been handled so far. There are more wake-up calls to come in terms of financial institutes and all value systems.
What is required is fundamental change and brutal honesty in these areas. The US mission has already had a wake-up caused by the tragic shootings in Arizona. People in leadership roles MUST be more responsible or there will be more heavy consequences. Obama is heading the right way but it won't be easy for him. 2011 is a very crucial year for the US.

The Netherlands
February 2009
The Netherlands is in a very interesting period until February 2010. The whole area of leadership and top down culture will be hit by the Saturn Uranus duel mentioned on the global cycles page. This will also affect all leaders and the 'vocation' of the Netherlands on the global stage. In particular in the early stages, areas where large amounts of money are involved, will be affected. Mortgages, pensions, inheritances. Later (from about April 2009) transport, trade, the stockmarket, and all forms of communication will need to be changed dramatically. Freedom of speech is already becoming an issue. (Feb 2009) At around the same time, the country's leaders may face some big changes. Government and also the Monarchy are in for major transformation. This is a chance for strong innovative leadership to come to the fore and for responsible change. The Netherlands could have a lot of power globally if leaders rise to the challenge presented in the coming two years. Company directors will also face this challenge.
Update March 2010
Looking back this prediction was pretty well on target. Right on cue the leaders indeed faced a major challenge in February 2010 when the government fell. A wake up call for the Netherlands?
Update October 2010
Finally we have a cabinet again. Although the Netherlands is astrologically speaking still in a very confusing period for the goals of the country and therefore for the general populace. This process will not finish until the beginning of 2011 so I would predict a lack of clarity until after that.
