Work Method

The First Step
The first discussion necessary, is to ascertain important dates for you and your company.

Incorporation Date
This is the date that your company was registered with the Chamber of Commerce if the company in question has company status.  There may also be a date when the contract was signed, but most companies are not aware of this. The registration date however, in our view, gives reliable results.

Change of names
Sometimes companies change their names and these dates are useful, since another entity is created and this can mean another mission.

New Departments or Teams
Whenever a new group is set up, information can be obtained by looking at the start date, so these dates, and the time of the first meeting can be important.

New Management
When a new manager is appointed, the result can be a different style in a company or group. The basic company information does not change but the combination Company/ New Manager can be of interest.

Small Enterprises
We have worked with many small companies where the input of the founder is crucial. Many of these enterprises may not be registered and may not have an official start date.  In these cases we have found that the details of the founder - birth time, date and place- can provide valuable insight for the running of the company.

The next step
Once we have ascertained our base data, we can prepare answers to your particular questions.  If there are no specific questions we run a general session about the company suggesting issues that may be of interest and offering advice on these matters.  These are interactive two hour sessions and many questions can be raised during the talks. After these sessions, clients will have a good idea of the sorts of services we can provide.
