Imagestudy: Ahold
A study of the life cycle of the international supermarket chain Ahold, shows that their Albert Heijn supermarkets in the Netherlands are now in the 9th phase of a 72-year, 12-phase cycle. This organisation development model, the Company Clock, is a model developed by Faye Cossar, juxtaposition's founder, during her MA study.
